1. External Glass
The external pane uses high-strength laminated safety glass designed to withstand impact within busy educational environments. If damaged, the glass remains intact rather than shattering into dangerous fragments.
2. Acoustic Interlayer
A specialist PVB interlayer helps hold the glass together while improving acoustic insulation, helping reduce external noise and create quieter classroom environments.
3. High-Performance Bar
Modern thermally efficient spacer bars reduce heat loss and condensation while helping maintain the long-term performance of the sealed unit.
4. Argon-Filled Cavity
Argon gas between the panes improves thermal insulation, helping classrooms remain warmer in winter and cooler during warmer months.
5. Low Emissivity Coating
A specialist low-E coating reflects heat back into the building while reducing excessive solar gain, supporting improved energy efficiency throughout the year.
6. Reinforced Pane
